Michael Rantissi at the Sydney Seafood School
One of the Sydney Seafood School’s favourite chefs, Michael Rantissi, is returning to Sydney Seafood School to celebrate the launch of Middle Eastern Feasts his new book that celebrates his all time favourite recipes.
Michael and his partner (and co-author) Kristy Frawley are co-owners of the much loved Kepos Street Kitchen in Redfern, Kepos Catering and Salma's Canteen in Rosebery, named after Michael's mum.
